His Gift

I never really realized that Doms will give me a gift fir our anniversary. I remember telling him that we don’t need gifts since we are going to eat out after hearing mass. But he still surprised me!

Just before bed time, yup after watching Gandang Gabi Vice, he said he has a gift for me. I did not believe it at first but when I saw the box, I knew it was real.

I included the keyboard because it gave the box more depth, chos!

Kuishinbo Anniversary Dinner

For our first wedding anniversary, we decided in a heart beat, to try Kuishinbo Japanese Buffet in Great World City. It was actually our first time to try this restaurant. I remember my colleagues recommending this Japanese buffet and I’m glad we did try it!

Upon entering the restaurant, I was already so overwhelmed with the food that I saw. The Chocolate Fondue fountain was so inviting that I stood in front of it just wondering what it feels like to swim in chocolate, (huh?!).

We didn’t get to take a photo of the food because we were very busy planning on what to eat first. We were given a complimentary plate of grilled lobster with melted cheese and it was heavenly!

There was a section for cooked food that serves beef teriyaki and the roasted beef. There were mounts of tempura and soft shell crab! There was also an open-air grilling station that serves grilled corn and the tastiest lamb chop that I ever tasted!

New With Us

Watching “Akward“, MTV’s newest comedy sitcom, made me want to really blog more. I love this series! I love how the lines were written.

Well, I only watched up to the 3rd episode but I like it already.

Anyway, Doms and I made a “change” in our appearance. We cut our hair!

Dindin: Short Hair, Doms: Kalbo!

I love my new hair! I feel lighter and shampooing is easier. Not to mention my hair drying moments before going to work is cut in half.

I also bought new recipe and cook books. Lately I’ve been running out of meals to prepare for Doms. I’ve tried cooking the stir-fry pork already and I love it!
