Sesame Pork Stir Fry

It’s been a long time since I last posted one of my recipes here. I am starting my diet of no rice for dinner ever since we arrived from Manila so, I don’t have mouth-watering recipes to share. But, I got inspired by the recipes that I saw in my new cook books so I’m sharing now Doms’ dinner the other day.

I was actually surprised when I tasted this dish. I didn’t know it will turn out to be good. Here are the ingredients that I used:

Pork Loin cut into think slices, Sesame Oil, Worcestershire Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Flour, Pepper/Salt, Spice Rub, Olive Oil, Sitaw and Carrots

Procedure:

Marinade the pork in salt, pepper, spice rub, Worcestershire Sauce and sesame oil for an hour. But I did it overnight for more flavor.

Heat skillet with olive oil then fry pork until light brown. The pork will emit water and sauce and just let it dry and fry in sauce and oil. Pour water if you think that the pork is not yet tender to continue boiling. Add carrots and more water to boil. When the pork dries, add sitaw and a little bit of water. Dust with flour and boil until sauce thickens.

Serve with white rice. That’s it! Simple marinated dish that can easily be cooked.
