Awesomeness!

I was in the train going home when I initially saw the pictures that Doms posted in his FB. I first stared at it for a long time and gave out a some kind of a loud snort. I didn’t really expect that he will post his pictures in FB. But he did, and he liked it! I also like it!

My baby can be a model! Not only a photographer but also a model, haha! I totally love this car! From the color down to the seats and the how the door opens. OK, OK, I’m not into cars so I just see the outer part of it and not the performance. But I’m sure that this car performs well. It should be! It costs 700,000 SGD! Check Doms’ Facebook to see more of the pictures.

Breaking Out!

I’m in panic mode now. I’ve been very worried about my skin conditions lately. It seems that Body Shop’s Vitamin C line worked for me and my skin for only 3 months and now, my skin is starting to look irritated and blemishes start to surface again.

I hate it when this happens! I am not sure what exactly is the reason why I’m getting these skin problems again. I feel that my skin is very tired and my pores are all open.

Aya-ya-ya-yay-ya-yay!

I’m planning to try Body Shop’s Seaweed Line or Nutriganics Line and I really hope that it works!

My Brother’s Day Out

Majority of the activities that me and my brother LA did during his short Singapore vacation was to eat and try different types of food and dishes here.

Of course shopping was part of the list, but it was overthrown by the smell and sight of Chicken rice, Satay and Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream.

LA arrived here in Singapore at around 10:40 am. He was originally scheduled to arrive at 7:40 am but due unforeseen circumstamces, like the Gulf Air incident, his flight was delayed. It didn;t stop us from going and roaming the streets of Singapore.

We first headed to ION Orchard, one of the malls that wasn’t still finished when he came here last December 2008 and March 2009. We just walked and walked and did some sight seeing mainly because he still hasn’t changed his money yet to SGD.

Friday came and we visited VivoCity. We ate in Carl’s Jr and Ben and Jerry’s. Later that night, we met with Doms and ate in our favourite Chicken Rice resto in Novena before going to the gig of Blunt Concept.

Saturday came and he just spent the shopping in CityLink and Raffles. Even Doms and I were able to buy something because some stores were on sale. Later that night, we ate in Satay Club and we loved the food! Well we just ordered 15 pcs of Satay and a large plate of Wok Fried Rice. Good Combination!

Sunday came and we spent the day in Universal Studios Signapore. We ate in Mel’s Drive-In and we enjoyed the food. We also spent the day riding the rides and watching the shows in USS.

Now, my brother’s leaving for Manila later and I’m back to reality here at work again. But it’s OK since I will be on vacation again this November 13th. Doms and I are off to Manila!

Next year, my Mom, Dad and Ate Bern will be the ones who will visit us here in Singapore, again.

Cheers!

I was lucky enough to be one of the orginizers of our team’s Cheers! actvity. Cheers! is a quarterly get-together of the different divisiona here in our office.

Last 15 October 2010, 4 teams came together to celebrate our division’s Cheers! It took us a while to decide what to do, where to go, what to eat but it turned out to be OK.

The Cheers! activity started with pizza and snacks in our company’s recreation room followed by one round of bowling games in West Bowl, Clementi. The event was really fun and wonderful!

Here are some of our pictures. Thanks to Kim Sy for taking the pictures.

Oh and this is me praying over the bowling ball and hoping it won’t go to the gutter :)
