OK, I really admit it now!
I AM SOOOOO STRESSED!!!
I’ve been thinking about a lot of things lately and I can now feel that my mind is very tired of thinking and rationalizing. Even my eyes feels stressed out already. So, between the 3 manuals I’m juggling to edit, I researched about what stress is and what causes it.

Stress
Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. When you sense danger – whether it’s real or imagined – the body’s defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “fight-or-flight” reaction, or the stress response.
The stress response is the body’s way of protecting you. When working properly, it helps you stay focused, energetic, and alert. In emergency situations, stress can save your life – giving you extra strength to defend yourself, for example, or spurring you to slam on the brakes to avoid an accident.
The stress response also helps you rise to meet challenges. Stress is what keeps you on your toes during a presentation at work, sharpens your concentration when you’re attempting the game-winning free throw, or drives you to study for an exam when you’d rather be watching TV.
But beyond a certain point, stress stops being helpful and starts causing major damage to your health, your mood, your productivity, your relationships, and your quality of life.
There are a lot of things making me feel stressed for the past days. First is my job. Ever since I started my job here in my current company, I feel I’ve been very stressed becasue we were swamped with a lot of things to do. I’m learning the ropes of the processes here, I’m learning the tools, I’m learning to communicate with others and I’m struggling to know or absorb different kinds of information. The result, INFORMATION OVERLOAD.
Second is our finances and state of life here in Singapore. 2 months ago I was soo stressful with looking for a place to stay when we transferred. Now, it’s happening again. Good thing we found a place already but the preparations of the move and the things needed for it is the one making me stressful. The result, SLEEPNESS NIGHTS!
Third factor that’s making me stressed is my health. I’m experienceing something that I couldn’t explain here. I’m so afraid what it could be and I am so worried. The result, INABILITY TO FOCUS AND CONCETRATE.
There are a lot of things making me feel stressed now but I don’t know how to free myself from all of these. HELP!!!
