I’m Officially Obsessed

OK, I now have the ultimate goal of improving my blog. I was searching the net and found wonderful blog designs that I know I can’t do, but with the help of others I feel it’s feasible.

For instance, I stumbled upon Ala Parades’ blog and it really looks nice and all pinoy decorated. I wish I knew how to transform my blog into that. Here’s the link by the way: http://ala-ism.pansitan.net/

She writes well and she really knows how to express herself in all aspects. I particulary love her blog header!

ULTIMATE GOAL CHECKLIST

  • Think of a new blog title. I know I’ve been using “This is me, Writing again” ever since I started my blog but I want a new blog title. A blog title that’s catchy and really captures the essence of me. What couls it be?
  • Think of a blog theme. I know I love colors and stars but, I also want to incorporate my love for music, the philippines, singapore, movies, books, my family and Doms in my blog theme.
  • Think of ways to bribe Doms to create a blog banner for me. I know his busy but I need a drop dead beautiful banner for my blog.
  • Find time to explain to Aki and ask for her help in creating the blog. My base blog will still be wordpress it’s just that I want the design to be different. I need time to explain to her how I want my blog to be and how it should look like.

As of the moment, these are the things that I need to think about. Let’s just wait and see about what will happen in the next days.

No One Else Can Speak the Words On Your Lips

Everytime I want to feel good, I always resort to listening to some songs in my iPod. I’ve stacked up a lot of songs that I know will make me feel better and inspired.

In choosing my favorite song, the first thing that I consider is how I can relate to the song. Of course, I listen carefully to the lyrics of the song and I try to see if I can realte to it.

My song choices changed as I grow old. Before, I usually listen to hard core rock songs. My idea of music in the past was it was supposed to be loud to avoid me to think while listening to the music. Now, I still listen to those types of music but not always. I now like songs that I can relate to what is happening in my life.

I’m still compiling some other songs that I think relates to me. I’ll be posting them here in the future.
